The ValueLine choke tubes is manufactured using the same high quality materials, Cryogenic treatment, and full CNC machining
process as all of our other choke tubes. It is offered non-ported, in a 1" extension only, for the value conscious shooter.

Our customers are welcome to specify either style of porting, and virtually any choke size, from a 0.638" super-tight cardshooter
choke, out to a Cyl + 0.005" spreader-choke for fast opening patterns. All our choke tubes are available in bright, or blued, finish,
at your discretion.
In either porting style our choke-bore geometry is setup such that the wad is slowed as it exits through the tube, providing
separation from the shot column, promoting tighter shot dispersion patterns, by eliminating the wad influence on the pattern.
The choke has a long parallel section to stabilize the shot column during constriction, and to help separate the wad from the
shot column. All choke tubes are produced with a smooth internal taper, and smooth parallel section.
Each choke tube is custom made to order, to your exact specifications. These items are NOT available "off the shelf", and can
take up to 2 weeks to produce, depending on the shops' workload when your order is recieved. Please be patient, but feel free

These choke tubes are CNC machined from very high quality, heat treated, cryogenically treated billet alloy steel (barrel grade).
These choke tubes will handle all types of shot, including steel shot, and HeviShot.
Each, and every choke tube we manufacture is Cryogenically Treated. Cryogenically treating steel relieves stress in the
material through deep cryogenic tempering. Stresses cause steel to bend or warp as it heats from repeated firing -- warping
causes walking, stringing, or wandering in the shot group. Deep cryogenic tempering process relieves internal stress in the
steel so the choke tube will no longer bend or warp. In addition, your choke tube will be easier to clean and give you increased
performance, increased accuracy, and extended choke tube life.
Deep cryogenic tempering is a one-time, computer-controlled process where metal is cooled slowly to deep cryogenic temperatures
(-300ø F), and slowly returned to room temperature. The metal is triple-tempered as the final step in the process. This dry
process permanently refines the grain structure of the steel at the atomic level, producing a homogeneously stabilized material.
The denser, smoother surface reduces friction, heat, and wear.
The result is better, more consistent coverage and placement of shotgun patterns. Your choke tube will last longer, be stronger,
shoot better, and be easier to clean!
